Responsibilities

We are looking for a Rehab Supervisor to join our 30-bed Leon S. Peters Rehabilitation Center, located at our downtown Fresno Campus, home to the only Level I Trauma Center in the region, Community Regional. In this role, you will directly supervise therapists and support staff with autonomy while also being part of a large and supportive health system. You will be a proactive leader with exceptional communication skills who pays meticulous attention to detail, fostering teamwork and a teaching environment. Collaborating with the Rehab Manager, you will oversee department operations, which include assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care provided. Your goal will be to ensure that patients and their families receive the highest level of service.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology required
  • 3 years of experience as a Staff Therapist required
  • Experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting required

Licenses and Certifications

  • BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
  • One of the following is required
  • PT - State of California Physical Therapist License
  • OT - State of California Occupational Therapist License
  • SLP - State of California Speech Language Pathologist License
