VISION CARE
Annual eye exams, Lenses (single vision, bifocal, trifocal, lenticular) covered at 100%, after $10 deductible. Includes Frame Allowance or Contact Allowance! Benefits allowances reset on a rolling 12 months from last date of service.
LIFE INSURANCE, AD&D AND LONG-TERM DISABILITY COVERAGE
We’ll cover 100% of the cost for basic life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, as well as long-term disability insurance. Additional insurance for critical illness, accident and cancer coverage are available for purchase as well.
PAID TIME OFF (HOLIDAY & VACATION)
Whether you work full-time or part-time, you'll earn PTO to help you keep your life balanced. And you'll start earning it from your very first hour. PTO includes time for 8 observed holidays, and is in addition to sick leave and extended sick leave.
