Basic Arrhythmia Class | Community Health System

Making educational opportunities available—and affordable—is deeply ingrained in our culture at Community. Just one way we’re supporting this commitment is through our 2024 Basic Arrhythmia Course.

We have a unique opportunity for candidates looking to kick start their career at Community. We're offering a select number of candidates seats in our Basic Arrhythmia course, all expenses covered. There are several courses coming up in February, April, June, August, October and November! With a market value up to $1,000, this non-clinical course can help you meet requirements for Monitor Tech, PCA and other non-licensed positions.

Please note: All candidates are required to attend an informational Zoom in order to be eligible. Zoom meetings will be taking place on January 11 at 1pm, January 17 at 10am and February 7 at 12pm.

Community Regional Medical Center is the largest of our three main hospitals. This academic-affiliated, Level 1 Trauma Center is located on a 58-acre campus in downtown Fresno. Clovis Community Medical Center opened at its current location as 109-bed hospital in 1988. Since then, there's been nothing but growth. Today, Clovis Community has 352 private patient rooms. We've added a $68 million freestanding Cancer Institute and other specialty programs and now perform more than 13,000 surgeries annually.

Fresno Heart & Surgical Hospital opened in 2003 as a dedicated cardiovascular surgery hospital and expanded to include bariatric and general surgery in 2006. With those changes, this 57-bed hospital in north Fresno has quietly become a worldwide leader in bariatric and metabolic surgery. Without an emergency department, the pace of this hospital is steadier than most.
