HEALTH, DENTAL AND VISION CARE
You'll have the choice between three health plans--two of our own HMO plans and our self-funded PPO plan. All of our plans include prescription coverage, options for out-of-area dependents and virtual doctor visits through Teladoc. You'll have two dental plan options (PPO and dental HMO) and two vision plan options (high or low coverage.) All are available at very competitive rates.
RETIREMENT PLANS
From day one, you'll be eligible to enroll in Community's 403(b) retirement plan. You'll be eligible to receive a company contribution after one year of service. The company match starts at 5% and increases every 5th year you participate in the plan until you reach the max of 8% company contribution. Your contributions can be made through a pre-tax and/or after-tax Roth option.
PAID TIME OFF (HOLIDAY AND VACATION)
Whether you work full-time or part-time, you'll earn PTO to help you keep your life balanced. And you'll start earning it from your very first hour. PTO includes time for 8 observed holidays, and is in addition to sick leave, extended sick leave, bereavement time and the other leave benefits we offer.
